From the desk of Stephen Loke
Founder, AgritourismSuccess.com
whose farm is featured in Bloomberg News and Asahi Shimbun
Dear Fellow Farmer,
Up in Rochester, Vermont, there's a dairy farm called Liberty Hill. The Kennett family has raised dairy cows there since 1979, and started welcoming guests in 1984.
Today their daughter-in-law Asia runs a two-hour farm tour for visitors who aren't even staying the night. Milking. Feeding calves. A walk through the barn. Ordinary chores, the kind you do every day without a second thought.
The tour starts at US$30 a guest on Airbnb Experiences. When I checked it in late October 2026, it had 4.98 stars from more than 900 reviews.
More than nine hundred reviews. For milking cows.
Now think about your farm. Your orchard, your bees, your cheese, your durians, your maple trees, your flowers. You probably have something just as good. Maybe better.
So why is your calendar still empty on Saturdays?
The Ugly Truth About How Travellers Book Now
Travellers don't search for farms. They search for things to do, on the apps already sitting on their phones. If your class isn't on those shelves, then for a growing share of visitors, it doesn't exist.
Look at what the research says:
✔ Experiences are a US$271 billion market (Arival and Phocuswright, 2025), and only about a third of it is booked online so far. The shift online isn't finished.
✔ Booking platforms keep taking a bigger slice. The share of tour operators' bookings coming through online travel agencies rose from 24% in 2019 to 37% in 2025 (Arival).
✔ People decide late. Between 12% and 30% of experiences are booked the same day (Phocuswright).
✔ Reviews decide the booking. 72% of Tripadvisor users said they always or frequently read reviews before choosing what to do (Tripadvisor and Ipsos MORI, 2019).
And here's what nobody tells you. Getting onto these platforms has become harder, not easier.
✔ Airbnb Experiences is curated now. Since May 2025, you have to pass an expertise test before a single guest sees you. In 2024, Airbnb removed about 5,000 Experiences it said didn't meet its standards and cancelled their future bookings.
✔ Viator changed the deal in August 2026. Viator and its partners now control the final price travellers see. You're paid on your Net Rate, and every new product costs US$29 to submit.
✔ One wrong photo gets you rejected. A logo, a line of text, a collage, a filter. Airbnb rejects them. Tripadvisor bans logos and promotional images.
✔ One cancellation can cost you a month's profit. Airbnb charges hosts 20% of the booking value for cancelling, and GetYourGuide can deduct 25% of the retail price per guest if it decides your cancellation wasn't justified.
That's why so many farm owners try once, hit a wall, and give up.
Who Am I to Show You This?
My name is Stephen Loke. I'm the founder of Bloopy Durians, a durian farm in Bentong, Malaysia, that has been featured in Bloomberg News and Asahi Shimbun.
The farm welcomes visitors from all over the world. Many companies send their staff and management to the farm, and we supply durians for corporate events, including a Mayor of Kuala Lumpur tourism event, for which Kuala Lumpur City Hall gave our team a plaque of appreciation.
Good durians alone didn't do that. What brings visitors to us is that people can find us, trust us and reach us easily. I started AgritourismSuccess.com to help farm owners in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and Asia do the same. And when farmers try to list on booking platforms, the same traps catch them again and again.
So I checked the current rules of every major booking platform, line by line, against their own help pages, terms and supplier guides, and turned them into one practical playbook.

Now Imagine It's a Saturday Morning, 30 Days From Now
Your phone buzzes at breakfast. A booking for this afternoon, from a couple who searched "things to do" twenty minutes ago.
You don't panic. The class is set. Your price already covers the platform fee and leaves you a profit. You sent the family coming at 10 their directions on Wednesday. Your calendar is synced, so nobody else can grab those seats.
At 2 p.m. eight people stand at your barn door. You greet each one by name, give your 60-second safety briefing and lead them into the orchard.
Three hours later they leave with flour on their sleeves and a pie in a box. The next day you send one short message, and by the weekend there are two new 5-star reviews pushing your listing up the page.
That's what a listed, booked farm class feels like. And it starts with one hour this week.
Who This Playbook Is For (And Who It Isn't For)
This playbook is for you if:
✔ You run, or want to run, a farm class, tour, tasting or workshop: cooking, baking, cheese, honey, fruit picking, flowers, wine, maple, durians, animals or crafts.
✔ You want travellers who are already searching for things to do to find and book you.
✔ You'd rather get the rules right the first time than learn them from a rejection, a fee or a bad review.
This playbook is NOT for you if:
✔ You already run a busy listing on every platform with hundreds of reviews.
✔ You're looking for legal, tax or insurance advice for your specific farm. The book gives you the questions to ask, not personal advice.
Here's Everything You Get
✔ The 94-page playbook: 18 chapters in 6 parts, with charts, diagrams and real farm stories, in plain English
✔ The 60-minute quick start for when you only have one hour
✔ The Class Blueprint and Price Finder worksheets to design and price your class on paper
✔ The insurance phone script and country-by-country permit questions (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Malaysia)
✔ 28 title formulas, the 5-part description template and before-and-after rewrites
✔ The 10-shot photo list and each platform's photo rules side by side
✔ Step-by-step walk-throughs for Airbnb Experiences, Viator, Tripadvisor, GetYourGuide, Klook and Google Things to do
✔ 6 guest message scripts, 3 awkward-moment scripts and 3 review reply templates
✔ The 30-day launch plan, Pre-Submit Checklist, troubleshooting table and glossary
✔ Over 100 cited sources with dates, so you can check every rule yourself
Secure checkout. Instant PDF download. 30-day money-back guarantee.
What Is One Booked Saturday Worth to Your Farm?
Let's be practical. Say your class takes eight guests and leaves you US$60 each after the platform's fee and your costs. That's US$480 from one session. Run four sessions a month and it adds up fast.
Now think about what it costs to get it wrong. A rejected application. A US$29 Viator fee spent on a listing nobody books. A cancellation that costs 20% of the booking. A price that loses money on every guest.
Any one of those costs more than $27.
Here's another way to look at it. A one-hour consultation with me costs US$150. This playbook gives you the same platform-by-platform checklists I'd walk you through, plus the worksheets, scripts and 30-day plan, for less than a fifth of that.
Why Only $27?
Because I want this in the hands of every farm owner who has something worth booking. Too many great farm classes sit unbooked for one reason: the farmer couldn't make sense of the platforms.
And honestly? I'm betting that once you see how practical it is, you'll come back to AgritourismSuccess.com for more.
It's a digital playbook, so there's no shipping and no waiting. You can read it tonight and do the 60-minute quick start tomorrow morning.

Why You Should Start Today
Getting listed takes time you don't control. Airbnb's review "may take several days". Viator doesn't publish its approval time. Your insurer needs a week or two to answer in writing.
And reviews compound. GetYourGuide's own data says going from zero to 15 reviews can bring 10 times the page views. Every month you wait is a month of reviews your competitors collect instead of you.
If your season starts in the next two months, the 30-day plan works best when you start it today.
Yes, Stephen! I Want Get Listed, Get Booked for Just $27.
✔ I understand I'll get instant access to the full 94-page playbook, with every worksheet, script and checklist.
✔ I understand I'm covered by your 30-day money-back guarantee.
✔ I'm ready to get my farm class listed and booked.

You have two choices.
You can keep hoping travellers somehow find your farm on their own.
Or you can spend $27 tonight, follow the 30-day plan, and put your class on the shelf where travellers are already shopping.
Your class is good. Let's make it findable.
P.S. If you only read one chapter tonight, make it Chapter 4, Price It for Profit. Most farms on booking platforms are charging less than they think they are, because they forgot the platform takes its cut first. The Price Finder fixes that in ten minutes.
P.P.S. Chapter 18 could save your listing. It shows you the platform rules about contacting guests outside the platform, rules that can get a host suspended, and the right way to build your own direct-booking list instead.
Questions Farmers Ask
Is this a course or an ebook?
It's a 94-page ebook built like a workbook: 18 short chapters, worksheets, copy-and-use scripts, checklists and a 30-day plan.
I'm not very good with technology. Is this for me?
Yes. It's written in plain English for farm owners, with big charts and step-by-step instructions. If you can fill in a form and take photos with your phone, you can do this.
I'm not in the US. Will this help me?
Yes. The platforms work worldwide, and the paperwork chapter gives questions for the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Malaysia. It also covers Klook for farms that welcome travellers from Asia.
Platform rules change. Will this go out of date?
Every rule was checked on 29 October 2026, with sources and dates listed so you can check the current version. The fundamentals (one clear class, honest photos, a profitable price, great messages and reviews) don't change.
Is this legal, tax or insurance advice?
No. It's general information and education to help you ask better questions. Always check your own situation with your insurer, your council or health department, and your accountant.
Is this endorsed by Airbnb, Viator or the other platforms?
No. It's an independent guide written for farm owners.
How do I get it?
Right after checkout you'll get your download link on screen and by email. Open it on your phone, tablet or computer, or print the worksheets.
What if I don't like it?
